ABOUT MARTECCI'S

Martecci's private studio and facility is located in the heart of the United States in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The chief perfumer, or "fragrance artisan," at Martecci’s Fine Fragrances is Mr. Lance Snider.

MARTECCI'S BEST SELLING PERFUMES

You will also notice that many of our best sellers are of our recreations of some discontinued perfumes and colognes. To make these perfumes available requires us to try and locate rare and hard to find perfume ingredients, which are accordingly usually higher in price, and that is one of the reasons our scents are sometimes priced as they are, and all that without sacrificing quality.

MARTECCI'S PERFUME RECREATION PROJECTS

And lastly, should you be interested in a having us recreate what some would call a vintage scent, or discontinued perfume, you should know that we do offer, to a limited degree, fragrance recreation services for discontinued perfumes. Basically, for us to consider taking on a project, we will need 3 things, namely, the name of the scent, enough of the original perfume to work with, and the reported fragrance note information for the scent (that is, the top, heart, and base notes).

All customer service communications are currently handled from us in United States English. All inquiries, requests, and other forms of communication to us must be made in United States English as well.

During power outages that may occur in our area, we will likely only be able to contact you via a remote location and may not be able offer you the information or assistance you desire until we get our power restored.

Currently our online service black out dates are all United States National Holidays. Generally, any orders made a day before, on or after a US holiday will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the holiday.

During periods of inclement weather and the like in our area, any order you make may experience delays in shipment until the weather or circumstance becomes conducive to us shipping out your order.

If you have had us design a perfume from you in the past, you can of course, order it from us any time you desire. However, unless otherwise stated, in most situations, we will not be able to take on any new work for any Custom Designed Fragrance client from mid November to the end of December. We're just extremely busy during this period of time and feel we need to do this in order to service your needs effectively. Designing perfume can take a lot of care and attention and we feel you deserve that.
