My name is Lance Snider and I am the chief perfumer or "fragrance artisan" at Martecci’s Fine
Fragrances. Our private studio and facility is located in the heart of the
United States in Tulsa Oklahoma.
Before reading on, I first want to simply thank you for showing an interest in our
products. It is always pleasant to know that word is getting out about us, our products, and
our projects as our online presence matures.
And, just so you know, I have my own ever expanding line of handcrafted perfumes
and colognes that I will be gradually adding online. For right now,

Normal online Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday from 9am -
5pm. At certain peak seasons, and other periods at our discretion, we
may extend our hours.
All customer service communications are
currently handled from us in United States English. All inquiries,
requests, and other forms of communication to us must be made in

cure and be tested before it is shipped.

to schedule is if during the final inspection, prior to shipping, it is found damaged.
Your fragrance item/product will arrive "FRESHER THAN FRESH," safe, and ready to use,
and it is generally advised that our fresh made "perfume" or "cologne" items
should be shaken for about a minute before usage.

Since you are invited to request the purchase of Martecci made samples/ or
purse atomizer

accept returns of barely or otherwise used, or non-used non-sample/non purse
atomizer Martecci made "perfume" or "cologne" items
or scented derivative works like lotions, creams, etc., without you incurring a 20%
minimum restocking fee*.
You can purchase Martecci made fragrance samples/sample sets in conjunction with your other
items offered by us. As our samples may vary in price due in part to the expense
of the ingredients used, we reserve the right to change the minimum number of
samples that are required to be purchased. Generally we require a minimum number
of 10 different fragrance samples to be purchased. All fragrance samples are not
eligible for return, refund, trade, or exchange with us under any condition.
All sales
of fragrance samples/purse atomizers are considered final once your remittance has cleared and

For United States customers, we have a 30 day return policy on all
unused, unopened, new

full return, if the item isunused, unopened, new,

any type. In such an event, our policies and procedures for this would function
in similar manner as our returns policies for MARTECCI MADE FRAGRANCE ITEMS

Collectors, fans, and new Martecci clients and customers,
you should know that unless otherwise stated in the listing, our pictures of the product

concerned with whether or not the color or design of the fragrance box packaging
or the color or style of atomizer/bottle/pump or other dispenser of Martecci

Where applicable, we manually create each label for each

and fragrance containers are surrounded with a scratch, tamper, and moisture

DEFECTIVE & physically damaged items:
We would want to act promptly and efficiently in
the rare case of a defective
item. You must return any defective product (s) within 5 days from arrival for
an exchange. In order to do this, you must notify us via email within 5 normal
business days from the day you received the product and explain to us as what
was “defective” in the order and that you are planning to send an
item/product (s)
back for return/exchange. You must also obtain a
Return Authorization

before sending your item/product (s) back to us. Accompanying your

Defective products will be replaced and we will assume the shipping cost both

If personalized messages are free, and you opt for this
free service, and
the message is not the same as
what you said you wanted, and providing you met the word limit and word usage
requirements (see below), and if that is the only problem with your order,
then, at your expense, we will send you a new fragrance box out with the
corrections made on the label to your shipping address. The exact words, commas,
and grammar you provide us will be used if you meet the word limit and usage
requirements.
However, if you paid for a personalized message to appear on fragrance
box and the message is not the
same as what you said you wanted, and providing you met the word limit and word
usage requirements, and if that is the only problem with your order, then we
will send you a new fragrance box out with the corrections to your shipping
address. Prior to shipment we will send you a link for you to click. The
link will contain a mock-up box labeling sample (s). You will need to give
us approval/comments within the time period terms mentioned in each applicable
listing. If we are not notified with you approval or comments during this time
period, we will
send out your order and the box packaging cannot be considered as a
defective item/product if there is a problem with the personalized message, etc.
Word Limits & Word Usage Requirements:Word limits will be discussed at time of check out.
Word usage requirements: unlawful, untruthful, harassing, defamatory, abusive,
threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, racially offensive or otherwise
objectionable material is not acceptable. Certain other terms and conditions
apply. Messages must be in correctly spelled English. If we feel we have a problem, we will
email you in order to resolve the issue before we send your order out.

We maintain strict quality control standards on every
fragrance we produce and pack.
We inspect
each and every order and securely wrap and package it before it is shipped.
For US domestically
shipped items, we would want to act promptly and efficiently in
the rare case of a
defective/insured physically
damaged
in transit item. In order to
return any
defective/insured physically damaged in
transit product, you must
first notify us via email within 5 normal
business days from the day you received the product (which can be verified with
Delivery Confirmation) and explain to us as
what
wasdefective/physically
damaged with the order, and that you desire to send an
item/product (s)
back for return/exchange. You then must also obtain a
Return Authorization
Number
before sending your item/product (s) back to us. Accompanying your
Return Authorization
Number will be any additional instructions or information on how to proceed.
"Defective/insured physically damaged in transit" products will be replaced and we will assume the shipping cost both
ways.
SUBJECT TO REQUIREMENTS, if
you do not purchase insurance coverage, we CANNOT be liable for any items that are physical damaged or lost,
etc in transit

shipping carrier
and therefore, should such an occasion occur, your only recourse is to
seek remedy through the carrier.
International packages/shipments will

LOST OR NOT
RECEIVED ITEMS - All loss claims
become the buyer's responsibility once electronic purchase of postage and

shipping damage and are not covered by insurance as lost deliveries.
